You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on EyTicket. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy. EyTicket acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for event cancellations or changes.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our platform

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EyTicket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
